Teach CAM. Own the capability.
License CAM and the Control-Focused Risk Management programs, and deliver them with your own trainers, to your own organisation or to your clients.

Risk and learning teams

Common questions
Why license rather than book training?
Training builds knowledge in a group of people. A licence builds the capability into your organisation, so you can keep delivering CAM as people join, sites change and the method becomes part of how you work.
Do our trainers need to be risk specialists?
They need to be confident facilitators with a working grasp of risk. The accreditation pathway and trainer guides cover the method itself, including where groups push back and how to handle it.
How is a licence priced?
It depends on the programs you license and how many trainers you accredit. We'll scope it with you on a call.
Who owns the method?
CAM and Control-Focused Risk Management remain the intellectual property of Resilient Operations. A licence gives you the right to deliver them, with the materials, under their names.
