Who we are
Resilient Operations is run by Brendan May. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our programs, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us: usually your name, email address, organisation, role and location, when you register your interest, register for a session, book a call or contact us. If you book a call, the booking is made through Google Calendar and Google's own privacy policy also applies.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, to arrange and deliver the sessions and programs you ask about, and to tell you when something you registered interest in becomes available. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, such as email, booking and website hosting, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time.
